Westmount at Eldridge

I have never felt more unwelcome at a place that is supposed to be “home.” My family member is temporarily staying with me because of the crisis in the Middle East. After a long day of work, he parked in front of the office where there were plenty of empty spaces and absolutely no towing or restricted parking signs. Instead of basic decency, we were met with threats to tow the car. When we parked inside the building area, we were given a notice saying we weren’t allowed to park there either. Meanwhile, over 20 other cars park in the same areas without permits and nothing happens to them. It’s hard not to feel like we were singled out. The treatment felt targeted and deeply disrespectful. Extremely disappointing experience.

The attention and care Anthony provides to his clients is exceptional! He communicates clearly, keeps you updated throughout the entire process, and has great attention to detail. He truly sets the standard for how residents should be treated at any property. The move-in process was smooth, the apartments are beautiful and dog-friendly, and maintenance responds quickly after requests are submitted. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. Hello I have been living over here about two almost three years now. First when I moved over here I was living omg because coming from a house to downside is a major step used to having your backyard and privacy but I needed the elimination some bills. I was refer my a friend that live in apartment complex. The first apartment they show me was more update but the kick was when I got my keys look at my was not updated and wasn’t a ready to move in. I explain everything to Nancy and quickly resolve the matter. She place my and my in a show apartment mind you the same apartment I did a walk through in she quickly moved everything out had it clean throughly the same day we moved in. As a first-time renter, Westmount at Eldridge is a great choice because you get the best value compared to other apartments around Energy Corridor. The perfect balance between affordability and comfort. The management team is very friendly and cooperative, Anthony made the move-in process a breeze.

I've lived over a year now and usually wouldn't complain until now they're not even letting guests park in the visitors parking? They send emails about not sharing the gate code to ensure privacy but at the same time will call the tow truck if you park in the front and you aren't going into the leasing office? Make it make sense. It's never been a problem until recently and there's already limited parking in the back so why add to it especially if it's someone who doesn't even live here. Plenty of other problems with this place too, it's not uncommon for car break ins (don't see how giving out gate access to non-residents helps this matter too lol), the gate stops working like once a month. Unreliable services, and management likes to not answer emails. This place just keeps on getting wor
