Staff is very rude and unprofessional. They offered first month free, and the rescinded that offer on move in day because I had movers waiting to unload their truck. And good luck when you move out. They will charge you a ton to get a unit back up to perfect condition for future renters. Unreasonable expectations for normal wear and tear on an apartment.

I lived at this property for approximately two years. When it came time to renew my lease, I spoke with the front desk administration about my renewal options. I was advised to formally end my existing lease and then sign a new lease the following month in order to receive the “welcome” discount, despite not being a new resident. Based on that guidance, I ended my lease as instructed. However, when I returned a few weeks later to proceed with signing the new lease and receiving the discussed discount, the administrative staff denied ever offering this option. I would’ve just renewed my lease if this discount was never brought up. Update- February 2026, Finally received the new check, 4 months over due. So their response of "our system was down" is inaccurate considering they told me it was only down for 4 days. Update- January 2026. I received the check nearly 3 months later, and the checked bounced due to "insufficient funds". How does such a large company not have funds in the account to pay back "residents". FRAUD. Are the amenities great? Sure! Friendly staff? Who wouldn't be friendly while trying to get residents to move in. Good quality apartments? yep. Communication? FAR from it which is important for me to have in an apartment complex. I’ve always felt safe and comfortable here, and the management team has been responsive and professional any time I’ve needed assistance.
