Westminster Apartments

I've only lived here for a couple months but we've had 3 different landlords in the time being. I've had to walk past throw up to get to the back entrance, fences being knocked down, vandalism saying "pay diamond back" most likely from drug deals. People will leave the building door open so their customers can come in. First day i moved in, one of my neighbor's dogs peed on a box full of my dishes during the moving process. I had to throw it all out. The ceiling in the hallway right outside my appointment door fell at one point from water damage and I saw so much mold. We've had the hot water shut off. Someone tried parking near me with the limited parking outside the building but they didnt fit so they did a hit and run. We still have many more months on our lease but I feel like I should

The property manager was respectful and we had good conversation, but the widmyercorp just basically took my money for the application and never sent me the results of my application. This place has a 3 star rating and if this is the type of business they do then I can agree with that rating. Thank you Jessy for your time not anything positive to say about the corporation you work for though 😔.

Great experience for me living here so far, Jemini was really helpful and attentive when it came to the move-in process and Jesse is very chill yet firm and hard-working when it comes to keeping the complex safe and comfortable for the tenants.

Lived here for 6 months & really enjoyed the property as well as the manager & maintenance guy, Jason. However, the tenants aren’t very friendly & can be aggressive if they think you’re homeless. Other than that, I really enjoyed living here & loved being in brownes addition. As I mentioned before, trish the manager, is great & takes care of business. You can count on her.

Lived here for 3 years. In the last year we lived here our living room ceiling caved in from a major water leak upstairs. It ruined our brand new couch and worst of all it took them 6 MONTHS to come fix our ceiling. One of the most frustrating experiences. We had a massive 4.5 foot hole in our ceiling with rotten black insulation falling down and the manager just kept telling us that the maintenance guy was busy at other properties but would eventually get to it. Idk, seems like a hole in someones ceiling should be at the top of the list. Unbelievable. We couldn't even sit in our living room for half a year.
