New to the area, I called them to look at some houses for rent. Jill was very helpful, professional and nice. The staff that led me to her were nice and prompt to help. I found that all the houses I looked at within the same quality were the same price as Westmark's. They even had some houses that were below private owner's prices. I didn't end up renting from them because the houses they had very large than I needed but for service, they were still great.

Pushy, overly aggressive and unfriendly people to deal with. We were currently living in a house when the homeowner decided to let them take control of property management. That's when everything fell apart for us. We had decided to renew another year for the house, however it would have been through this company. We were required to do the application and deposit. We took care of all of that, but they denied us, claiming we didn't make enough. Even though we've ALREADY lived there for a year and never had problems paying rent on time. I would never recommend them to anyone, whether you're looking to rent from them or to manage your property. Take the previous reviews advice. These people are a nightmare to deal with.

Property owners wanting to lease your house-do NOT use this company for your property management. Here is what we learned from our experience with Westmark: 1. Vanessa is the most unresponsive, negligent and "full of excuses" individual that we have ever had the displeasure of working with. She will not ensure that your property is move in ready or set up to attract renters. She is perfectly fine leaving the vacant property dusty, the lawn overgrown, and repair jobs unfinished. 2. After several months of not finding a renter, we realized that they forgot to post our listing photos on their website. 3. It is like pulling teeth to get anything done, from maintenance jobs to advertising. I can only imagine what the actual renters have to go through. 4. They do not accept responsibility fo
