Westlink Village Apartments

JeJuan and Alyssa are always on top of everything. I go into the office periodically to just chat. They are very nice, and the apartments are very nice aswell. They are always understanding when it comes to maintenance requests and a plethora of other things. They keep everything very neat and tidy. 10/10 would recommend!!!

One of the better apartments I've lived in for quickly addressing maintenance issues. Washer and dryer in every apartment is a huge plus. They do need to have a box for outgoing mail, it's been months with no action on this item. Otherwise, a great place to live.

I lived at these apartments for several years and it did go downhill. After leaving Westlink I moved to a new complex due to the trash laying in the trash area/beds/ furniture for months at a time. People breaking into cars and maintenance 1/2way fixing things. Since moving, what a 360 turn around. The new complex is beautiful. Grounds are kept nicely and trash people come daily to get trash. They even pick up furniture. I also moved because Westlink kept raising prices. I now pay only $100 monthly for my new place. I now have maintenance that I TRUST to go into my apartment while I’m not home, clean grounds. I can walk in the grass without getting thorns in my feet and shoes, and there is not one bit of trash laying around. Our pool is meticulously kept daily by one maintenance guy whe

The office staff is very friendly,but apparently limited in authority. I have found my unit to be extremely dusty and with little help from management to correct that issue. In fact,I believe there is limited preventative maintenance!

The maintenance Man Louis came to my apartment very quickly within the day and fixed the issue with the same quickness! Very much appreciated to that man!
