I paid the security deposit for an apartment in this building, but now I cannot move in because the Property Manager, Hassan, didn't inspect the unit for damages. The electricity in the unit was faulty. His cop-out was that he isn't the Maintenance Supervisor. I spoke with the regional manager, Marisol, but her excuse was that Section 8 didn't contact them to set an inspection date until I asked her for the keys to the apartment. So, basically, they listed a unit that wasn't ready, and they didn't let me know until after the unit failed inspection.

Where do I begin with the nightmare, horrific experience that this company Westland that owns Regina is. They rented me out the unit fully infested with pests, dirtiness, smells, making it uninhabitable and causing me not to be able to move in at all. The Area Manager reached out to me a whole week after trying to move-in and being unable to do so. She offered to work with corporate on cancelling the lease and refunding me my money back to my card and never heard back from her since that day. I’ve tried to reach out multiple times and still have not heard back. It’s now 12/18, I was due to move-in 12/3 and still no reconciliation.

Hassan is the best manager ever always taking of your needs and get stuff done ask for him if your moving in

I moved here in October of 2022. I’ve had multiple issues with them from parking to the unit leaking when it rains. Today I woke up to go run some errands before work since I have a late start. Only to find my rental car missing. Checked in with the office and they said it got towed accidentally and they have to call the tow canon for them to release my car. Now I have to $40 to go pickup my car after it was towed from the place where I live. The minute I find a place that to my liking I’m leaving this apt. I am a tenant. I have been trying to get the Property Manager to talk to another tenant about his trumpet playing in the building. He has given me zero help in this matter. I work at night and sleep during the day. It's hard to rest when the building sounds like a Jazz Club.
