Westland Gardens Apartments

My apartment is mold infested, had a mold test done and it was horrible! They had someone else come out and do a test, but for some reason their test was different 🤔I had an allergy test done and I actually have mold living inside me! Dr said they needed to do something? Susan Never turns in the paperwork on time leaving us with a repayment agreement! So basically we are paying for her negligence in turning in the paperwork that we filed out and turned in (ON TIME)! After talking with other renters I might turn this into a class action lawsuit

I grew up in Westland gardens. Back then I would've given 5 stars but my girlfriend and I were visiting a childhood friend and these teenagers that were living there were so disrespectful that they tried to start a fight with us right in front of the manager. I gave 3 stars because I loved living there as a child it was quiet, safe and secure. Funny how things change huh? Well I really hope y'all clean it up because between the years of 83 and 95 it was beautiful!

These apartments have gone downhill! I lived her 14 years ago and they were pretty decent and clean. My granddaughter just moved here a few months ago. She had a choice between the Cherrywoods and here. But she chose these because of me. Now i feel bad. She is already ready to move. There is trash everywhere! Parents allow their kids to run around destroying the place and leave trash everywhere outside and hallways. Baby diapers and trash in the halls. Then there are tons of people who hang out in the halls and in front of the building. Can't even go visit my granddaughter without having to walk past a crowd blowing smoke in your face. I think the owners have become lazy and don't care about this property anymore.

I spent the first 14 yrs of my life in this apartment complex.They were practically brand new when my parents moved In. Best place to grow up !! Close friends,school, church...the baseball diamond..every year the church had a carnival and looking out the back window I could watch ALL the action !!! And then we had cornfield right behind our apartment. It's at least to make corn mazes. I have no idea how they are now. It's been 20 some years since I've even been there. But I do know that they painted it a different color because when I was growing up it was maroon.

It was ok the front office was ok the owners management is very unprofessional rude I wouldn't go back
