I HAVE FINALLY RENTED OUR APT. PUT DEPOSIT DOWN. THANKFULLY IS NOW MINE. we are ( my canine & i) are now fully moved into our one bedroom Burlington apt 😊😊 is quiet @ nite in this area..downtown is very close tho far away @ same time...feel blessed to have a real apt as ours finally. love we have a front/backdoor w a patio that also has two gates..secure property..laundry onsite.fully gated locked property @ all times..A.C. in units. bars on windows for extra protection. this is👮 L.A. nice place to live. have been living in our apt since April 6th. LOVE living here very much. calm/quite property. trashmen pick up the two dumpsters on site w also recycled dumpsters as well. is a nice place to live w reasonable rents for one bedrooms. also one bedrooms w patios/yards such as mine..tho is o

Thanks to Allison the manger at Westland Burlington apartments I was approved to get my first apartment. The area is nice and quiet and the neighbors are kind and polite, I've only been here for a week and I'm enjoying every minute of having my own privacy. If I had to recommend anyone I would recommend Westland apartments and Allison the manger for a first choice. She was very helpful and caring to help me and I believe she can help others as well, so I give Allison my love as I say thank you for taking your time out to help me and those in need to get placed in your establishment. A wonderfully efficiently run property. Alison the Property Manager is a great part of the Westland@Burlington Management staff always efficient and courteous, and the maintenance teams are always professional. It is always a pleasure dealing with professionals. 👍😎 Keep up the good work! 🖖😎

Westland @ Burlington is a great property! I’ve only had a few minor issues (Ex: window blind fell off, microwave not working). The property manager, Allison Ariawan takes care of everything. I haven’t had to worry about anything major these past 2 years. She is great at resolving problems!

I lived here for two years and it's better than we're I lived before. They got air conditioned apartments. It's beats a ceiling fan especially on a summer's day. When or after I moved in the other tenants were nice to me and one even greeted himself to me. Whenever I need something fix they would send maintenance to fix it and they don't use an excuse they don't have enough money to fix it nor do they threaten to charge me for it.
