When I first moved to Westlake villas I was disappointed the company they ran these apartments to the ground, but know I'm glad I stayed this new company that has taken over the complex is the best thing. The three ladies in the office are the sweetest. They are ready to help you with anything within there means. Since this company took over all of the buildings have new roofs, all of the lighting around the complex and hallways have been changed, it's much brighter now, the retaining walls are being fixed as we speak, all the vacant apartments are being clean,fixed and updated. They have got there hands full with alot of repairs but they are trying hard to knock them out. It's not there fault the previous company ran these apartments to the ground

Westlake Villas Apartments look fantastic after the new paint job. The fresh colors really updated the property and gave it a clean, modern feel. You can tell a lot of care went into the renovation, and it makes the whole community feel brighter and more welcoming.

I love seeing all of the work being done here! The new management is making sure that the property is updated and all of the repairs are being made. Any maintenance requests have been handled quickly since they took over. They really seem to care about us!

How they expect their tenants to live. First thing tomorrow I’m sending videos to all the news stations. I’ll contact everyone I have to, to get this place condemned. Update 3/4/2025: the manager here is insane. She tows people at random for whatever made up reason she wants. She doesn’t care at all about residents. Most of the buildings are falling apart.

Westlake Apartments are looking noticeably better with the new paint. The updated colors make the property feel cohesive, and everything looks well maintained. Overall, it gives a really solid impression.
