This place is a complete joke. The management and office staff are rude, dismissive, and either wildly incompetent or intentionally unhelpful. They constantly messed up paperwork, avoided giving clear written answers, and hid behind “read the lease” instead of doing their jobs. Getting anything handled here feels like you’re inconveniencing people who are literally paid to help residents. I’m not sure if they intentionally hire incompetent employees but no one can do anything besides Veronica and she’s always just so happens to not be in the office. On top of that, the living conditions are trash. Roaches never go away. No matter how much you clean or how many times you call, they keep coming back.
