Over the past four weeks, my wife and I worked with Jason Reames on purchasing a Quick Start (inventory) home through Westin Homes. From the beginning of the process, there were several red flags that, in hindsight, foreshadowed how this experience would ultimately unfold. Initially, Jason was not welcoming or engaging when we visited the model home. While I understand that not everyone has the same personality or sales style, it did raise early concerns about professionalism.
