Westin Homes - Elyson 60'

This is my second house purchase 1st one was Lennar I don’t have any issues for 3 years 2nd one is Westin at Elyson - terrible experience from the closing commitment to all the way to first year warranty I don’t want post but Westin warranty is really disappointing. After purchasing a 60 product of Westin Home in Elyson, it’s not even a complete month for this brand new home I got terrible experience multiple area’s leak they fixed but leaked again … same issues continued all the way to first year warranty 1) they gave old fence which is ready to fall anytime - no support from the Westin 2) Lawn leveling was terrible - my kids fell and I got ankle pain one time - reported multiple times right after move no support 3) Garrage weather strip is peeling - no support 4) Driveway crack afte

I was delighted to visit the 40' lot model home with the popular signature rotunda feature with price under $300,000

Hello, I normally never ever post the review, but this is really disappointing. After purchasing a 60 product of Westin Home in one of the prestigious community Elyson, it’s not even a complete month for this brand new home. There are multiple leaks in brand new home, not sure how it’s possible. I specifically stated after I got the house inspected, that there are issues with roof and I was assured they are taken care of after my final walk. Regardless to stay in my attics multiple leaks, so in my windows as well as my master bedroom. A complete disappointment, I called in on Saturday night for emergency line. I was told it’s not urgent enough, brand new home which is 630k and has multiple leaks. I am not sure who to reach out or consult at this point.

Westin Homes offers incredible value and quality! The builder offers a production product that gives you the look and feel of a custom home without the price. They're notable for their rotundas, rounded corners, high ceilings and item concept floorplans designed for today's lifestyle.

Very disappointed in Westin Builder. We have bought a house that is almost 400,000.00 and we have to deal with a leaking roof in the master closet when it rains, everytime they come out they do a "patch job" and the problem comes back next time it rains. Water is consistantly standing on the side of the house, we have went to corporate about this problem after several attempts to get this fixed and still no solution besides regrade, and new patches of grass that do not match what we have, the standing water causes mosquito breeding and dead grass. In the grand room the walls can be seen in the light at night (see pic), again after several attempts to fix it, still not right. While this builder has great features, the craftmanship is AWFUL! I will never recommend this builder to anyone. The
