I didn’t want to give a one star but I know that I had to hit one to enter the paragraph don’t rent from here!! I know that it seems harsh but I wish I would have read past reviews before moving in. On many occasions, plumbing issues were pinned on me and I lived outside the building on the bottom floor ( how can I back people up!?) people streaming Wi-Fi from the surrounding area all up on my T-Mobile The manager , Mimi sky AKA Mieechie.! Would go into tenants apartments without permission, stealing items from the tenants apartments, and taking pictures in your apartment. The walls are too damn thin! Building is 46 years old with ghost !!! And when I receive my security deposit back, they charge me for all the times they said I caused a plumbing issue so I ended up with less than a third

Terrible experience with sneaky, dishonest management here. As most of their tenants are UCLA students who don't know any better, they take advantage of our naivety to their benefit. They were reluctant to call over a mold inspector when small colonies started to form in the bathroom, telling us to wipe it ourselves. Second, they tend not to call maintenance unless absolutely necessary, deferring to tenants to do their errands instead like inspect the front door handle. Yes, their apartments are conveniently located to campus, but best to be avoided. Couldn't wait for our lease to end to be freed from their abuse.

Ruth is racist. 601 Westholme Ave is a great location for UCLA students, that is why I wanted to move in. Back in 2015, I tried to call them to take a look inside the unit. But they just kept stalling or even hangning up my phone call during the conversation over 2 weeks. I had to find a Caucasian roommate to make the contact. Then things went smoothly, we signed the contract within 3 days. In addition, during my stay (2015 - 2017), the maintenance came really slowly and late. After the request, it took them 2 months to fix a clogged bathtub; 1 month to fix showerhead, so on so on. They just simply don't care about the tenants.

I've been leasing an office from Westhill in Orange for the past 4 years, and while there was a rocky start with certain staff members who no longer work there, I have had nothing but efficient, courteous, and responsive service from Ari who has been our agent for the past couple years.

Great management company.
