Westglen Apartments

This place deserves NO STARS but I couldn't post this without giving one, oh well. Unfortunately, I lived here. The manager is VERY unprofessional. I called numerous times about getting one of the appliances repaired/replaced and the manager ignored me. Even turned and walked away while I was talking to him trying to resolve a misunderstanding...it was never resolved. I never heard from him about the repairs/replacement. He even lied about having an extra key. When I asked him about it he told me that he did not have a copy. Then maintenance came barging in one afternoon, as I was getting out of the shower. My car was outside so they knew someone was home but they UNLOCKED THE DOOR AND LET THEMSELVES IN anyway. When I called and asked the manager why did he tell me that neither him nor his

Awesome place and location, very nice property manager, cool to deal with. the only thing is the light is alot of money tho!!!!

Great service & like family. Owner is amazing & so is their family & staff.!!

Appears to be a clean and safe area till live in.
