Needs better management, they change your rent as soon as they find out you get housing and they take forever to fix things! I'm very dissatisfied with this place and I hope my daughter can move out soon. They promise so much and deliver so little! Oh and the parking is for the birds this one vehicle has been parked in the visitor's spot for over 2 months so I can't park right where my daughter lives because of that stupid vehicle

Wouldnt recommend this property. Has gone trough several managements and when the property has placed one, the manager cant even keep up with their own office hours. Took weeks for having something getting replaced or serviced. Poor management, poor tenant sevice. Once the rent is due of course we gotta pay whats due, but you know that notice letter is always first on the door and the sevice? I guess you can say thats out the door.

Would not recommend this place to anyone , horrible experience and very frustrating! , Manager is very rude and does not care ! Find a place where they will actually care about tenets and don’t have nosey neighbors! They also charge late fees for everything! But when it comes to us giving complaints it takes weeks , but those charges are always the first notices on the door ! Save your time and money !!

I have live there for almost 3 years, since Ann been managing the property is been great she takes care of everything in reasonable time always aware of what's happening in the property and very polite and helpful. Thanks

I have asked for help serval times and people who run the apartments are very disrespectful when it rains water comes in and they can't help one of my restrooms is messed up maintenance told me that they can't fix till the other breaks down I've had a woman coming in my apartment for years and I've asked to put cameras and nothing
