Western Station apartments

I moved into this complex in October, and I can honestly say it has been a great experience so far. The community is quiet, clean, and well-kept, which was one of the biggest things I was looking for. The office staff especially Edward have been very helpful and responsive from day one. Any questions I’ve had have been answered quickly and professionally. My unit itself is comfortable and exactly what I needed. Parking has been easy, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. It’s a relief to be in a place where I feel at peace and at home. Overall, I’m very happy I chose this community and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live.

I am a new tenant. Just moved in 4 days ago. Signed my lease paid my fees. Edward Lee is an amazing leasing agent. He went over everything and gave me the tour. Then Krystal the property manager went to my apartment which My daughter is staying as a guest since she helped me with the move over the weekend. Krystal made rude comments and tried to kick my daughter out. I was extremely happy with Edward's excellent customer service and attention. Just to have the whole experience be ruined by Krystal, who apparently is the property manager. Very disappointing to say the least from a professional aspect. I would have given 5 stars until this incident occurred.

I've lived in these apartments since 2018 and have seen a lot of apartment managers come and go. Krystal has been the utmost attentive and helpful during her tenure at western station and if I have a say in the matter, she should be given a raise for her hard work and dedication to the residents needs/safety!

My lease is up in February. The manager proceeds to tell me I have to give a 60 day written notice in the middle of January, then when I let her know I’m moving out by February 1st; she puts a $2700 fine on my account in the middle of January after I already paid my rent for the month. The management is terrible. I would not recommend moving here. There is mold in my apartment and when I told them there was a water leak a few months ago they basically said I was crazy.

Edward is hands down the best representative I’ve ever worked with. From the very first interaction, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my decision. You can tell Edward truly takes pride in what he does, and it shows in the way he treats people. If you’re looking for an apartment western station has been nothing but enjoyable and if you get the chance to work with Edward, you’re in great hands!
