Western Reserve Property Management

WRPM became our management company in 2021, but not until Cindy McMullen joined their team and became our property manager, did we begin seeing positive changes. I personally have had many encounters with her regarding a variety of issues. Her prompt responses, professionalism, positive and proactive attitude, as well as superior people skills make it a joy working with her in solving problems big and small. I only hope her superiors recognize her skills and the asset she is to the company. The five stars are specifically for her! Thank you, Cindy, for your hard work and dedication.

I'm not really sure why I call in my issue when no one calls me back. The plowing for Sunrise Cove complex is because horrible. Today 1/15 it was not plowed until 4:45. That is unacceptable. The pathway wasn't shoveled until mid afternoon. I understand that the snow kept coming down but I lived here for 25+ and the plows would come every 4 hours or more. If the company you have can't handle it get a new one. The last big snow we had was the same and they didn't salt anything. We pay for this service get it done for the ones that need to get out for work or even an emergency. Western Reserve has gone down hill or maybe it's the manager,I'm not sure but when I first moved in they were on top of things not anymore.

WRPM has been wonderful since taking over as property management for The Grant, in downtown Cleveland. We were previously left for several months without prop mgmt, maintenance, or any contacts; but from the moment WRPM took over, us as residents had direct contact, solutions to issues, & people who care looking after us + our property. It's been a slow process to get everything up + running again, but the whole team has & continues to do such an amazing job at taking care of current + future residents & getting the building back up to a flourishing community. I'm a new resident for Pleasant Lake Property and paid my rent for the first time online, and accidentally, missed the pop-up box listing fees charged for using your bankcard. They charge a $47 fee to use your card! I tried to cancel payment and resubmit from checking account but received an error notifying me to call the office immediately. I called the office only to be greeted by two very moody ladies who sounded like they both didn't want to be there. I explained my situation to Patty, openly admitting that I missed the pop-up box apologized, and asked if she could cancel the payment so I can resubmit through my checking account and sign up for auto-pay. Patty said no and asked me, "how did you miss the big red box pop-up box that tells you there's a fee?" She asked me this throughout

I gave five stars, only because I'm very impressed with the person that handles the in coming calls. The way she handled the phone call with the tone of concern and with respect for the individual on the other end, in reference to myself it appeared she cared. Nowadays you hardly experience that type of kindness when you're calling about a particular concern without someone brushing you off to get you dismissed, because of a not so pleasant situation happening. As a resident I'm very pleased with front office administrative staff at Southpark Manor condos. This particular young lady, India, is very respectful and kind.
