I lived here for almost 2 years, never had a problem with anything. For the amount of money you pay it is a pretty decent place. Laundry, pool. everything worked.

If i could i would give 1 star trust me. This is a very filthy place to live at. Sure, it is extremely affordable, however, the management team, everyone who works here is unreliable, disrespectful and so entitled. For instance, when inquiring about the apartment my husband and i (military) we requested to check the apartment before getting into it, from the pictures and the blue print, it looked prefect, plus it is very close from post. Very convenient for my husband who has to rush out by 4 am. However we were always told the apartment was not finished, apparently they were "renovating" and we had to wait until it was ready. My first impression was the window blinds not matching with the lenght of the window. They'd always fall. When we were out on a date, we were called by the managemen

I’m a 63 year old, colored man. Linda has used my shaky foundation to pressure me to give her information on my neighbors. I was late on rent because my social security card had to be reshipped to be so I had to wait for funds, she used this time to call me down to the office so she could ask me if my neighbor had a child with my cousin. I wished to get this recorded, but it was so unexpected that I didn’t think about recording.

I would strongly advise anyone considering living here to think twice. My family and I have been subjected to consistent harassment by the management, including baseless attempts to kick us out, even though our bills are fully paid through 2025. The fact that this is happening during the holiday season, when we should be enjoying peace and time together, is particularly cruel and upsetting. What’s worse, the treatment has been discriminatory. We were subjected to racist remarks by a staff member who explicitly said, “Black people always give me a hard time.” This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it’s deeply hurtful and unacceptable. It’s hard to feel safe or respected in a place where people are treated this way, especially when you are paying your rent and fulfilling your res

Apartments are really nice. I’ve been living her for about 6 months now. I haven’t had any issues. The people are extremely nice. It’s quiet, peaceful. I love it.
