Sudden $100 fee to park in driveway at Fallen Leaf Community. Had 1 day to fill form and pay with threats of being towed. Good thing I’m in town to deal with this. What they’re doing seems illegal.

Do not waste your money on application fee's. They only accept cash, give you a hand written receipt. 80 bucks. Then we were denied on the rental we were interested in. When asked if they had any other rentals, we were told no, they don't manage rentals anymore and that was there last one. Most everyone there was nice accept Sue. Her reply was "sorry my heads just not in the game". All very unprofessional. I'll read and trust reviews from here on out. Look at there's. Mostly negative.

The company did get our issues with the condo. Repairs were usually done in a timely manner. The management company charges to pay them, whether it's a check or a debit card. Greedy ; they also represent some horrible landlords. Ours was Burt Mitchell. Before we moved into the rental, we had to hire a chimney sweep and a company to get rid of smells. On moving out, they charged us 700 dollars to replace a back sliding door that had a crack in the glass. It was there when we moved into the house. They are greedy, lying landlords. One of the main reasons we moved from Reno.

Rented a townhome for a little over a year and a half and they ended up doing a total of 5 inspections in that time period. They would point out normal wear and tear stuff and make it seem like it was crazy damage. The property manager is impossible to talk to as she is super hard headed and could care less what you have to say. They ended up taking almost $1500 of our $2150 deposit when we moved out for paint which was insane to us because we patched and painted with paint that was provided to us by them. Absolutely horrible company! Do not rent from them!!!!!!

Please do not make the same mistake we made, we should’ve listened to the reviews. I wish we would’ve waited! The initial contact and upkeep is all great, until you move out. Sadly I would give them a 0 star rating. Do not expect any of your deposit to be refunded. Reading through other reviews on Yelp, BBB, and Google, their is one common thing: no one gets their deposit back. Several had the same issues, broken doors and cleaning fees. Surprise surprise... ours had the same. This company does not care about you! The home was left in great condition, we even cleaned carpets. The house was deep cleaned for a few days, since we had about 2 weeks to move out. We moved out in a week, and cleaned for another. The company was provided with tons of photos.
