Western Burgundy

I live here currently and as much as I enjoy living here. The biggest factor for me is that they don’t turn the heater or A/C on when needed. I’ve been pregnant since I moved into these apartments and had to freeze in the winter due to them waiting so long to turn on the heater and now I’m suffering at 9 months pregnant with the hot weather we have in El Paso due to them not turning on the air conditioning. I have a 2 yr old as well and they just don’t seem to care about their tenants. The first month I was here I was hit with eviction notice after eviction notice due to using a window air conditioner I had put in because they had already turned their air conditioners off yet it was pretty warm in November when we had moved in.

We’ve gone by 3 different times and office is always closed during “open” hours posted. We’ve called maybe 10 times for a week straight and no answer. I told my mother we wouldn’t move her into these apartments because it’s already a bad sign when you can’t even rent one.
