It’s no office you can go in and speak to someone. The numbers they have listed do not work. Who runs this place?

The staff are extremely unorganized and disappointing. Since the time of application my experience has been a disarray. Was originally rented one unit, then comes time to sign the lease was told that unit was rented out and that I would be getting another unit. Keep in mind that I have had my utilities scheduled for setup at the previous unit. Okay, so when it is time to transfer my utilities I had so much trouble, because the previous tenant left unpaid bills. I had to reach out to management to get the matter rectified. So, I tell the staff that I will be taking off on a specific date to go and pick up my keys, only to get there and the staff member is allegedly sick. We were left a notification making us aware of an upcoming city inspection, there was a contact number provided for a Damean Boyd who suppose to be available for questions or concerns. First, I’ve never encountered such a unprofessional individual in my life. His phone etiquette was that of an angry person who has no interest in speaking to you nor perform his job. I asked to be transferred to another person who could help me where he proceeded to hang up on me, when I phoned the office directly again I asked to speak to another person because of his unprofessional attitude... he hangs up on me again all the while he continued to yell before that instead of acknowledging the matter at hand. I’m disabled with a spouse that has cancer, I by no means deserve to be treated in this way.

This property is far from “luxury”. New management and a new payment system. Last year I had dead animal stuck somewhere in my walls that entered through the fireplace. All management did was send maintenance and stick a broom up the fireplace to try to let it out. Days later we got a welcoming surprise of blowflies. The animal must have expired after trying to get out of the walls. All management did about the situation was send an educational packet about blowflies and how to cope with them. Property is supposedly “remodeled/updated”. Appliances hardly work. Countless work orders. Insulation is terrible... electric bills have been the highest out of any property I’ve lived in. The new management at Westcreek Townhomes is nothing but amazing! I am so thankful that they are doing such a great job in revamping the property. They are super speedy with requests and work orders. We appreciate all of their efforts to make this community a great place to live!!! I would highly recommend this property for someone looking for lots of space including a garage!
