If you are in need of an excellent property management company, this is "The One!" Westchester Property Management Group has worked alongside, with and for our co-op for two years. In this time, we have a property to be proud of and sought after. With their amazing leadership, highly qualified back office team, and superior property manager our building has secured an excellent superintendent, gotten our facade repaired and new windows. The accounting team helped us with balancing our budget and mortgage refinancing when needed as well as making sure our resources/finances are well accounted for and accessible. This company have moved mountains on our behalf in such a short period of time. I doubt any other management team could accomplish so much in such a short period of time. Every team

Lack of transparency and professionalism with this bunch only cares about making a profit but does not really do the job. When trying to reach them, only goes to a voicemail 24/7, might have a bigger chance of winning the lottery than reaching out to them. They are worthless as a property management. They’ll “try to” do something but takes months if not years of constant complaints to take action. They are in just for a profit and not help. Had 7 managers in spam of 5 years ( 3 in just 1 year) which 1 after another one suck. Can’t understand how they still in business

Lived here at my coop 2 1/2 years 4x increase in my HOA. LOVE IT! If you want to contact them, good luck. The prop manager Laura Sevener or the scapegoat Avatar, has never been seen & never answers calls or emails. Too bad you can't give a -10 star review.

WPMG is my Coop's management company. They were brought in about a year ago. At first, the service was good, they responded to issues within a reasonable time. The honeymoon lasted about 5 months. Now they ignore calls and emails. This was the common complain at the shareholder board meeting in December; nothing has been done about their lack of responsiveness.

Westchester Property Management is atrocious. Would give zero stars if possible and highly highly encourage any form of competition in what is clearly a limited market for property managers in westchester. Ronald Joy is incompetent as a Property Manager for our HOA.
