Westbury Park Apartments

This has been a great place to live. It's gated and management has camera's on the property makes you feel safe. Ive had not one issue in the almost 2 year's my family has lived here. The office staff is great people! Very family oriented community! Ive had one maintenance request for a light bulb change in my kitchen. That was handled quick the guys was very nice. They also offer pest control and keep up the grounds. They pressure wash the walk ways. An majority of the people here have been here for year's. Which makes me feel safer. We have really enjoyed making Westbury park our home!

I used to love living here until they started the mice infestation. Instead of fixing the issue, they laid down traps and filled a few holes with steel wool. This was supposed to "prevent further issues". However, 2 months later, I had another mouse. The maintenance worker said because of the cold to expect them to try coming in to be warm. What kind of answer is that? Expect it? The owner told me it was probably my fault. As many inspections as they did, my home has NEVER been a problem with cleanliness. EVER. Yet, he failed to tell me about the other buildings that had issues. He chose to blame me to cover up his infestation in the complex. So if you like mice, this is the best place. Gina is the main reason I'm giving this high rating. She is awesome and I love how she handles issues. The maintenance lady and crew are sociable, respective and efficient with their work. Will recommend these apartments to anyone who needs reasonable rent to save money and better themselves

Westbury Park Apartments is 100% the best place to live in Marietta. Staff is there for you, Management is the VERY BEST, apartments are clean, the neighborhood is gated safe and secure.

This has been my home for about 9 years and I have enjoyed every moment of it .When I tell you my experience here has been a great one I am not kidding .This review is my honest opinion and I'm not being paid to tell you false reviews. I really can't find anything wrong with this community.Mr David is the best at what he does .He cares and tries to make our stay here a long term one .Gina is great and provides excellent customer service all our needs are top priority . . I've had my bad shares of complexes that lack good customer service , people skills,and dedidecation to make all residents safe and secure .I have raised my son from a 3 year old to a 11 year old , this community is quite and very well maintained.
