Best place to live on Gasmer. The management and staff are very courteous and make you feel like family. Maintenance is always available. If you’re looking for a new home ask for Wilma she is such a sweetheart.

I lived here for 2 years and I was very comfortable, my kids had lots of friends and the neighbors were very nice. If I had any issue with my apartment, management will send someone over immediately. all of the maintenance we're nice and so was the the management. They got my 4 stars because home is what you make it

If i could give this place 0 stars i would starting with the unprofessional leasing agent Elizabeth when i arrived around 3pm she was the only one in the office she was asleep and i had to knock hard on the window to wake her up she had the audacity to give me attitude and be upset because i woke her up i came to ask information about a 1 bedroom and she was very rude and seemed irritated about me asking her questions about the complex. I didn’t even think she was an employee at first due to the way she was dressed like she was at home with her shorts shorts and her soccer shirt i though she was a resident. I didn’t bother touring because If this is the way employees dress and present themselves i can only imagine what the apartments look like and the way they will treat us customers. I en

Well when I first moved into my unit I was kinda hesitant but as I've learned more about the complex Ariana has helped and showed me the major factors about the complex She's exercised professionalism in her client to tenant skills and I just want the complex to know that she truly has the people skills it takes to be a leader.. But most of all I love her personality.. Thank you Myron

Don't move here! I've been apartment price shopping for a while and went in with questions (the normal) and it seems the office girl Elizabeth seemed irritated with my questions. I'm just trying to get a good understanding about my possible future to be home. ... Nevermind that. Needless to say I found some apartments down the street with way better pricing and customer service
