Westbrooke Village Apartments

I’ve lived here for over 2 years never have had any issues they give you a long grace period with the rent if you communicate with them always answer my texts & ik a lot of people say it’s unsafe I literally leave my car unlocked never had an issue there are exterior cameras so even if there was it’s all recorded

I never felt safe living here. There was always gunshots in the area. My car was stolen at the apartment!! I asked if I could leave early (due to me, not feeling safe ) and they told me no unless I wanted to pay upfront what we owed until my lease Ended. On top of it, maintenance men stole my grill and my chair outside and never reimbursed us. They kept telling us “it was in storage” And that they would get it for us, but they never did. It’s been about a year and still haven’t got anything back. Every time we would call they wouldn’t answer. The reason I knew it was maintenance because I caught them on my camera! Don’t live here!

I have lived here for 2 years. Maintenance could be better. Over all I have no complaints. It would be nice to have a patio, balcony, or pool for the price. Laundry facilities could be more secure also.

0/10 wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Management sucks, maintenance does poor repairs. Office workers do not reply to work orders or phone calls. Doesn’t return messages. Noise complaints filed just about everyday, we are told to call the police because management won’t do their job. there are holes in the ceiling caused by above tenants. We were told that tenants have to work out the problems ourselves. Rent is ENTIRELY too high for the poor management and upkeep of the apartment complex. Rent was raised twice in ONE year, BEFORE renewing the lease. Something needs to be done IMMEDIATELY! Very unhappy

Extremely poor management and professionalism. Once they went under new management after the tornadoes. It has went down hill. Office never answers the phone or respond to msg. The traffic of many things that aren't safe to live around. Police activity. Honestly not a safe environment especially for what they charge in rent. It will be discussed at one of the near future city council meetings
