Westbrook Apartments

I have been reporting the poor condition of the carpet in the complex for 4 years, and every time I am told it’s due to budget constraints. The situation has not improved and has become a serious concern. The last time the manager came, he promised that it would be addressed, but unfortunately, I have not seen any action since then. Please see the attached picture as evidence. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.

I've lived here for 18 years. Same apartment, Same property manager the whole time. Marisel is an amazing property manager and keeps our property looking in tip top shape. Some things are beyond the on site managers approval. With that being said. I recently experienced Marisel going way beyond to help accommodate my service requests in a timely manner. The entire staff from front office to Maintenance is truly exceptional. The fact that I've lived here as long as I have speaks volumes for the community itself and to have the same property manager throughout that whole time says something about the company as well thank you for all of your hard work.

The management at this property is terrible every time you ask for maintenance related services they will say no we don’t have the budget we can’t afford it now. The carpet was in a discussing condition it wasn’t changed since 2016 if not more still nothing, had to wait 1 year for the oven to be changed, 2 months for rusty bathtub to be fixed, cockroach infested homes… the management pick and choose who to prioritize and who to not help unless you complain multiple times and then if you do you have an attitude?!

I lived here for ten years. I love this location and the people that work here, friendly, attentive and professional, especially Maricel and her team... I recently moved into my house. Also, able to get 5 percent back of the rent of the years paid on the 1st, just for moving into a house. I will miss this location and the people, but I love my house more!! Thank you Westbrook for such an experience ❤️

I'm not living in the apartment yet, but I'm loving everything, I was very well attended in the office and I'm sure I'll love living in the condominium.
