We love it here! My daughter and I moved in back in April, but the testimony really started before then. Makayla, the property manager, worked with me about a month in advance to get me into my dream apartment. When we originally toured the property, there were no units available. Yet, Makayla kept in contact with me, consistently notifying me of any changes and vacancies. Her care and consideration for me and my family did not stop once we moved in. She has consistently demonstrated care and compassion towards handling any issues I presented on site (whether big or small), and worked hard to make my input feel validated. I emailed about a tour, then called after they emailed me, but the manager lady was rude over the phone... then when we arrived for the tour 10 minutes later, she seemed like she was already mad about something, then rudely told us she only had a one bedroom to show us. So, I abruptly told her nevermind the tour, cause I didn't like the way she was responding to us. She seems like she drinks a lot & was thirsty for liquor or needs some meds to adjust her attitude. Hubby and 2 teens with me agreed that she was rude and unprofessional.

Apartments look beautiful but, current management sucks to be honest may come off nice… but will not provide any communication very hard to get a hold of. No Receptionist in the office. management office is always closed… prior management before was always in the office and always willing to listen.

Apartments are nice but new management took over recently and they have not been good. They have just tried to charge us for every little thing plus they do not communicate well. I put in a maintenance request a week ago and it has not been attended to yet. Old management was much more responsive and caring.

I had a great experience working with Westbrook Apartment homes. I never had any issue with communicating the leasing office and the security was always patrolling on site whenever needed. The leasing office’s Assistant Manager, Makayla Camacho made my move-in experience such an easy going process. She was very helpful and kind!
