Westbridge Commons Apartments

I've lived here since early part 2021 and never had a problem with any roches or rodents. Great staff, great maintenance, and I have the best neighbors. I love living out here still to this day. Thank you, Jeanetta and DeDee, for being great people and giving me a great living experience. Robin.

I had roaches and I felt like I was treated with the lowest respect as possible. I've spent more time being out my apartment due to the roaches then being in it and calling it home. my neighbors around me weren't the cleanest which is where they came from. it was my five year old and I and i was surrounded by heavy smokers that when my daughter and i would go out we would smell like heavy smokers. my daughters room even smelled like smoke. and when i expressed my concerns the property management didn't care and would have an attitude with me like i was wrong. I will not apologize for having certain standards towards my living environment and what i expect especially when i'm paying with no help what so ever. i ran out of their once my lease was up and i am now officially happy where we

My bestfriend has lived here for about 3 years. Never had an issue until this past year. Between some of the new neighbors and new front office staff, it has been hell for my friend. She cant wait to move out. Too much drama for an apartment complex. The only good thing is the location. But otherthan that, my friend doesnt even feel comfortable living there anymore. Hopefully this place improves overtime. Maybe develop some better customer service.

Resided here from 1981 through part of 1983 when they were referred to as Westbridge Village Apts. Great Bridge was in it's booming stage, Cedar Road was a 2 Lane Road and Great Bridge Elementary was directly across the Street. The complex had an in-ground pool where the playground sits Today. The complex was built in the early 1970s. The one thing I do remember at the time was the flying roaches.

Surprise inspections, and they kept our security deposit without providing a deduction notice until we sent a demand letter, months after the legally-allowed period for them to do so.
