Don’t apply here. They have no intention of accepting your application. I meet all the income, credit, and rental history requirements and they’ve been difficult the entire application process. Today is the third time that they’ve said I need additional proofs, I already sent in my bank statements and pay stubs. Every time they ask for something else because it’s “insufficient” and finally after getting 18 different documents for 6 months of bank statements and pay stubs from me they say that they need tax documents too, but since I haven’t worked for over a year at my current job I can’t get them so they “can’t move forward with my application”. Intentionally waited to ask for the tax forms until after I told them I hadn’t worked there long enough to file taxes. They will look for any and

Great apartments, and even better staff. Office employees are professional and very respectful. Well kept grounds, and new washing machines and dryers that accept debit card.

My partner and I lived here for just under two years and are so sad to be moving. Office staff was amazing, maintenance was responsive and any complaints were resolved quickly. For the price you pay, it’s obviously not going to be a luxury apartment, but it was comfortable, safe, quiet and well-kept. Definitely recommend as an affordable apartment option!

I've lived in these apartments for several years...literally. Yeah I almost got evicted but maintenance is not keeping up with these apartments. My neighbor's said they had a mice infection but they don't care just moved them next door. The garbage all the way in the back where they thought that took care of problems but nobody using the trash but trust me when I say the dumpster still being used by nonresidents and cars being stolen too.

I’ve lived here going on 2 years and my experience has been great. Move in was easy, office staff are great and extremely helpful, and the maintenance crew are quick to fix any problems. When I moved-in, I noticed a crack in my bathroom sink and by the next night I had a new sink, faucet, and countertop. I would highly recommend living here. The price of a 1 bedroom is great and close proximity to restaurants and the highway!
