West River Apartments

I have lived a West River for full year and what I can say is you won’t find the price AND space in other apartments like here at WR. The leasing Manager is very understanding and accommodating to your needs. It is a gated community and I have had any issues with my car and personal safety. The complex itself is pretty quiet. Mainly working families. Occasionally a firm will go off due to a senior leaving a pot on the stove but it’s usually addressed in order not disturb you.

I’ve lived here since 2015 and truly love this community. The onsite staff — Romelis, Vicky, Ricardo, and Cesar — are amazing. They’re always willing to help and consistently go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care really make a difference. I’m grateful for everything they do!

Where do I start… this have been an amazing and seemless experience living there. Romelis is very supportive and responsive. I was able to transfer units after a year of living here for more space. The maintaince team turnaround time is quick. I love how it is a gated community, and the grounds stay maintained. The hallways and parking lot stay clean as well. I will continue to stay here!

Beautiful apartment complex with many amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, dog park, and barbecue grills. Maintenance is on grounds on a daily basis. And Ms. Romelis in the Leasing Office is thorough, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
