Got lost for 15 minutes trying to find my car at night in the dead of winter. My legs were numb

family with kids stomping on floor constantly, won't fix a door regulator for a few hundred bucks and has been that way for years. door slams so hard it will wake you up. joke of a place, clearly all they care about is making money and don't invest in maintaining the property

I've lived here for 5yrs and i'm quite happy here. Recently had a pipe behind my kitchen sink leaking and they had to take out part of the hall wall to fix it. What a job. Maintenance guy and Courtney who is housekeeper/ maintenance came the day after the 4th of july holiday to put the first coat of paint on the wall they repaired and i asked if she could move my fridge out some time so i could wash the floor. She did, she washed the floor then proceeded to wash the rest of the kitchen floor too. I was so shocked. She went above and beyond for sure. Great job on the wall too. They moved my furniture back and all. Great place .thank you for a great job.

Awsome place to live.. I have been in and out of lots of apartment buildings proffesionaly as a fireman/ medic.... West Pier Place ranks in the top shelf in all aspects of living... just beautiful ...

i have lived here for 3 years and love it! They accept pets, we have a cat and a dog. there is also central air for the summer, for those few days that get "to" hot. We are in a one bedroom and have tons of windows compared to other apartments in town. we are on one of the wings that are by the locks and its neat to go outside and watch the freighters pass by! There is also a picnic area where you can go and have a cook out (grills provided) and a few picnic table down by the locks side also. They also have a fenced in pet area where you can take your dogs to safely play without having to worry about them running away. The management and staff are always nice and do a good job keeping this place neat and tidy for everyone to enjoy. As ryan said the trash shoot is upstairs so you dont have
