West Park Village

I love living here. Our apartment is bright and sunny with big windows. The kitchen has a lot of storage space and counters. The space is roomy and cozy. Our neighbors in my area are wonderful people. Even looking out for me when I left a light on in my car. The management team, even regional management are excellent and kind people, working hard to correct any issues. I have varying health issues and they have gone above and beyond to make my apartment a safe place for me to live. Melissa listens and cares about the people here. I’m so very thankful for her help on any situation. Griselda is always cheerful and helpful when I call. The maintenance is done in a very timely manner and Marvin is very good at what he does. It used to be nice and quiet. Recently, it became very noisy. So, I left. The land lord asked me to pay for carpet replacement even though I have lived there for 15 years.

I was quite happy and comfortable when I lived at Westpark Village! Melissa is an exceptional and personable manager! Melvin is a good natured and knowledgeable maintenance guy! Any issues pertaining to safety and maintenance were always addressed promptly! They keep the grounds clean and the landscaping beautifully manicured! The convenience of living across the street from a park and down the road from restaurants and retail stores, also made my stay a more than pleasant one!

I love it being at Westpark Village Apartments,. I’ve been here for three years now. My apartment is quiet. I don’t hear a lot of noise from anyone around me which is great. The management team Melissa and Jen are very kind and helpful and always put a smile on my face when I talk to them. Melvin in maintenance is very friendly. He has a smile in his face every time you see him is knowledgeable and efficient in what he does. Maintenance request are handled quickly. Groundskeeping is always kept up nicely. In the summertime the pool is a great refresher. I would like to be able to use the workout equipment more if it was open earlier in the morning. There’s lots of shopping close by. These people are idiots, they have been giving my girlfriend the run around. First they said she qualifies to live there and she paid a deposit before Christmas. Then they said that she needs more income so we just asked for the deposit back so the kids can have a Christmas and they said that she's filled out all the paperwork and they won't give us the deposit back and they want her to go get another job to live there. Might just have to contact my lawyer.
