The amenities & beautiful property is what initially attracted me to choose to live here. After being here for 2 years or more now, I see the real beauty, the staff. Every individual is absolutely always, not just willing but ready and wanting to help with any situation, issue or even mere concerns. There’s not a different place I would rather call home. Krista, along with Hailey and Emily have built such a strong team here. It’s very impressive. I’ve been in upper management for years now and have yet to see a cooperation or company ran with such true enthusiasm, understanding & empathy for the community that lives here. Thank you to ALL the West McNeese staff, For always going above and beyond!!!

I love it here the price is very reasonable definitely recommend Update: definitely recommend after staying after hurricane Laura they had generators for us, updated us on when it was best to return home(we evacuated) and, cleaned out all the spoiled food from our refrigerator and deep freeze! 5 stars isn't high enough they deserve 10. West M has been working so hard to make things feel like their back to normal. Even since the pandemic they have been hosting online events.

Having lived at West M for almost five years, I can confidently say that it is a wonderful place to call home. The property is consistently well-maintained, reflecting the care and attention given by the management team. The people here clearly enjoy their job. Every encounter I’ve had with any staff member and, or management has always been pleasant & helpful.

I love living at West M. I feel so taken care of and they are all extremely friendly. Even when the mail delivery people mess up, they always come out to help us find our packages and letters. Even when a lightbulb burns out, they are there a couple of hours later to replace it. All of my company think my apartment is amazing!
