West Line Village

I rented a unit here and it was the worst place I have ever lived. These homes are so poorly built and disguised to look nice. The windows are practically nonexistent as noise seeps in very loudly and the sun will have the south facing rooms steaming hot. Good luck getting the air to reach the third floor bedrooms to adjust temps, there’s no airflow. Closets are awkwardly long but narrow so you can’t reach the back. Garages barely fit 1 car and street parking is impossible because of the apartments next door. Packages WILL get stolen regularly since thieves patrol the neighborhood. Postman left mailboxes open several times in the last few months. Great experience working with the staff to close the deal. Excellent location and awesome houses! Looking forwards to living here for a while.

I have visited their model home. Spacious townhouses really close to the train.

Questionable quality for the price.
