West Lake Park Apartments

Best place to live! The property is always absolutely beautiful and perfect! The office staff are friendly, professional and always helpful with anything you need. I have lived in 3 separate buildings and each apartment and my Townhouse were perfect! It is amazing when you go apartment hunting and your apartment looks nothing like the photos or the model you see but at Westlake Park Apartments your apartment or Townhouse looks exactly like the photos . The management team make sure your new home is exactly what you are paying for. The prices are a little higher but it's completely justifiable. If you want a cheaper apartment your going to get what you pay for. If you want a wonderful place to live then this is your new home. I have never ever seen one roach while living here and the walls

I lived there for three years. This by far is the best run apartment complex I have ever lived in. The front office staff is awesome. They are always so friendly and helpful. Maintenance is phenomenal! No matter what was broken it was fixed with urgency. The communication was just the best. When I moved, maintenance and the office staff ensured that I was notified about packages accidentally sent to there for me. I would definitely move back if I ever need to. They are so awesome!

We have lived here almost a year now, and my husband and I have no major complaints. We love our townhouse, and we are thankful to have WLP as the first place we call home. The rent has gone up but not too high. The walls are thin but not worth complaint in the townhouse ( can't hear conversations but can hear neighbors garage going up and down) . I've attached photos of this year's snowstorm.

I lived in the apartments in 2020. After I left in 2021 I received a bill of about $650. I paid the bill and cleared out all the dues. In 2025 I have come to know that the apartment has reported my $650 dues to credit bureaus and it negatively impacted my credit score. I do not own them a penny. This is so mean on their behalf that they received the money and still reported to credit bureaus. Beware of them after you leave this place. Response to your reply: Thanks for you such a long reply. Sorry but the burden of proof is on you. You can't ask me to give you a proof payment. Don't you see that there is no outstanding balance against my case. If yes let me know "Hey our records show you have own us this much money". This is ridiculous that you do not see any balance that I have to pay an

Great view of lake, beautiful well maintained property, very great staff. Very timely repairs. Overall fantastic experience. Clubhouse is fantastic with all the amenities needed. Safe place as well. Thanks West Lake!
