Edit: it's now Thursday (2 work weeks from initial notice, not counting holiday season) and they had someone come out here. I changed my rating from 1 star to 2 stars because there doesn't seem to be mold growth in the one wall that was sampled. There is a water collection on the inside of the window for our bedroom (the other room is fine), so maybe the humidity was just high enough there for rapid mold growth? We've never had this issue. It was maintenance, not a mold specialist, that came but we hope they can give us some resolve. I moved us in here because the location is perfect, and the leasing process was easy.
