My husband and I met with Channelle to view one of their properties and what an incredible experience! Channelle was on time, she was relatable yet professional. Sometimes you can meet leasing agents who do not know how to relate to people and some who are not professional. But Channelle has the perfect balance. She answered all of our questions and took the time to show us every part of the apartment, the laundry and the parking area. She also happily answered all our questions after we toured the apartment and after we were approved for the apartment. I needed help with obtaining the meter information to start a service and she provided the information for he very next day. I would recommend this leasing agency specifically Channelle to all my friends and family.

I’ve just moved in and I have had a wonderful experience so far. I worked with Stephanie throughout my move in process and she was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and helping me feel comfortable getting setup. It was a very refreshing and relieving amidst an otherwise chaotic move. I have also had a wonderful experience so far with maintenance requests. I had a couple of small maintenance requests and as soon as I informed them a service request was made.

Overall Lease & Management experience was very good. Apt. was spacious, clean, quiet, great (free!) parking, reasonably priced & the property well managed. No complaints at all! Would’ve stayed but had to relocate due to job change. Bldg. Mgr. Carolyne Gonzalez was especially attentive & responsive to all requests. Would Lease from again.

I needed to find an affordable apartment in a decent location which was also close to my wife's nursing home. She has Alzheimer's and I like to be available to visit without having to drive very far. As it turns out, I'm five minutes away. One of the key reasons that I decided on this apartment was the leasing agent, Carolyne Gonzalez. She understood my needs and worked with me until she found what I needed. While it may be an expression used too often, she really went above and beyond helping me with much more than an apartment. She was very instrumental in making my relocation easy. She's terrific and I can't thank her enough.

The worse experience I’ve ever had! (In my life) after reading reviews about this company, I decided not to go forward with renting one of their apartments. I have literally been trying 3 1/2 weeks to get my money back and all I have been hearing is one excuse after the other such as they have nothing to do with the post office, second: the check has been sent out, third: the check has been sent out, forth: we had a wrong address, etc. now I have to go to court to sue to get my money back! Very unfortunate that they took the money out of my account ASAP but when it’s time for you to get your money back it has been hell.
