Renters beware. Take more than 15-20 minutes to do your initial walk-through, so you can include in it ALL of the stains or things wrong with the apartment. Make sure you schedule to go on the walk through with them when your lease is up or else you’re gonna regret it. They say they’re “pet friendly” but if I were you, I wouldn’t own an animal at all or else when they want to replace an old carpet they’re gonna suggest that there’s a heavy pet smell throughout. When you try and dispute the charges, they’ll tell you to call the property management company, but according to the property management company you needed to speak to West Gate Terrace managers to dispute any charges. The apartment quality was average, but had nice large rooms which isn't as common. Pet acceptance was a key factor in my choice at the time. Aside from that, management was terrible and illegally entered apartments as part of normal process. Literally thought they were entitled simply because they owned the properties. I went as far as to call the property company once just to be met with the same arrogant attitude. I'd be floored if they haven't been sued out of existence yet.

Good experience with the people working here but problems with the maintenance. I do not want to be a complainer but nothing else has worked. Our toilets leak and have rotted the sub floor. Now they rock, are not actually attached to the floor and have been shimmed with paint stir sticks. I did inform them of this multiple times. We just end up with more shims. Nothing like falling off your toilet because you sneezed and shifted your weight. Same problem under the dishwasher in the kitchen. It now leans almost 2 inches to the right and you have to push the door sideways to close it. Our air conditioner stopped working at the end of the hot season last year. Leaving us with a very hot apartment for a few weeks.They took out a piece and said they’d have to order a new part. That was in Octob

Just finished signing my 3rd lease renewal (might even be my 4th, I’ve lost count). I love living here, the location is perfect for me, any maintenance request I put in has either been handled the day I submitted it or the following. Only time I had to wait longer was because I submitted it on a Friday after hours. The reviews online are pretty awful, I personally haven’t had any issues with the office. I think Cami and Kaylon are amazing, they reply to my emails almost immediately and are always respectful. If you see bad reviews more than likely they weren’t being nice or following the lease guidelines. Worst experience renting I’ve ever had. Maintenance repairs were horrible. Pipe busted underneath the concrete floors. Had to listen to the water running for two months before they fixed it. During that time they cut holes in the dining room wall and the upstairs bathroom (they never repaired them) . When they fixed it they had to jackhammer a hole in the floor then pour new concrete that splattered all over the floor and wall. (They did not clean up after themselves). When the carpet was put back down on top of the chunks of concrete, not very pleasant to step on. Oh, and in the townhouses there is a drain in the utility closet that will back up and flood your apartment. When I called the first time they were like, yeah that happens sometimes(That is definitely not in the lease). It will
