This is not a family friendly place if you have kids look else where. Here you pay extra fees for everything and then threaten extra fees for more stuff.. they will send you email stating your kids cant basicly play ( ride bikes, play ball or even walk) even if your 16 and 17 you still need to be supervised by and adult but you can go to the pool by yourself when they are 16 this place is a joke when we moved in we weren't told about construction so we get flat tires but they are responsible for it... if I could move out with out it hurting me I would in a heartbeat... So in hindsight basicly Your kids are welcome here and dont let them say you are because they aren't!

Been living here for little over a year. People complaining about their kids are usually the troublemakers. It’s not managements job to babysit your kids while they throw rocks to our vehicles or break into the new apts being built. Be better parents because your naughty kids represent you. It’s a good place and tenants need to own up to their problems as well.

The location and amenities are great! Very nice neighbors. The overfilled trash and lack of office staff can get annoying but it is no different than othe local properties.

I just moved here 2 weeks ago it is very nice area great amenities the only thing that bothers me is Staff it is hard to get in contact with them I can’t set up WiFi because the old tenant did not disconnect theirs so I have to go the AT&T store with management on the phone I have been up to the store so many times but can’t get management on the phone. I have asked them to call the service provider themselves they won’t do it. I just don’t appreciate that they can’t blow up my phone or email to get me moved in but when I’m all moved in and there is a problem they don’t care.

Don’t wast your time, they added a “trash valet” $25 a month fee and they didn’t give you an option. It’s a tiny trash can that’s probably only suitable for a bathroom. They don’t even pick it up daily. You will still need to take your trash to the dumpster yourself. They don’t have an emergency maintenance number, and good luck getting a response in a timely many for your maintenance needs. If you have an emergency on the weekends you SOL. I’m moving out this month and they added a $200 month to month charge on top of my rent! $200!!! That is complete robbery. The homes are cheaply built, if you walk too fast down a hall the paint will scratch. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. Your family doesn’t need this headache.
