West End Village at Bethlehem

I recently applied for an apartment here and felt incredibly blindsided by the non-refundable move-in fees, as well as additional monthly fees, expected of me after my application had been accepted. The $350 non-refundable admin fee due within 24 hrs of my application being accepted was especially ridiculous as I had communicated to the employee who contacted me from their office that I did not want to commit to anything until being able to tour the property which, before I was informed of this admin fee, she told me would be fine. Some of the other non-refundable fees I would have been expected to pay before move-in were a $100 township fee and a $50 utility install fee. I also would have been expected to pay $50/mo extra for water and trash. And this is all on top of the $350 pet cleani

This place was amazing to live in until they changed property managers. Maintenance barely fixes anything and then management blames you for repairs. They literally changed all the doors on every unit in my building and when it was time to move out the new property manager accused me of changing the locks when maintenance did a poor job. My neighbors were extremely friendly. I love the community but ownership/management needs to improve.

I love the community, however... I wish the old property manager ms Stephanie was still here. She made sure everything was done correctly and promptly. I felt comfortable knowing she was there. Felt as if things would get done fast and correct. I lost my sense of comforbility in the community now that she is gone.

The manger is so amazing and helpful. She explained everything to me and i didn’t feel left like I didn’t understand anything. She was great! The community is quite and very nice. It’s worth every penny!

Moved in in December and it's so quiet and Maintenance did an awesome job making my place look and feel new and I did construction for 20 years so I'm not easily impressed but was ty I love it
