West End at City Walk

I come here all the time to visit a friend, and every time we walk through the clubhouse or use the amenities, we’re greeted by the warmest and most friendly staff. As a former leasing agent, I can honestly say that level of consistent hospitality isn’t as common as you’d think! I especially want to give a shoutout to MJ and Ashley for always being so welcoming and fun to talk to. They truly make the experience even better. The community itself is modern, clean, and very upscale. If you’re looking to move to Downtown Fort Myers, I highly recommend checking this place out!

From start to finish, MJ was absolutely outstanding. She took the time to explain every detail of the property, including amenities, parking, the mailroom, key fob access, valet trash service, and day-to-day logistics, making sure we felt comfortable and informed at every step. A well deserved 5 stars. I had the pleasure of meeting with the Assistant Manager, Ashley. Ashley did a fabulous job in presenting the community and answering my questions with both professionalism and personability. My review is heavily influenced by the excellent customer service I received, the strong collaboration I witnessed amongst her and the team during my visit, and a stunning community that truly offers such luxury design for an affordable price. I am still deciding on the Fort Myers area altogether, but if I do, West End at City Walk is undeniably the best choice.

I strongly advise against renting an apartment at West End at City Walk. My experience here has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing within my two years of living there. First and foremost, the lack of communication from the management team is appalling. Any attempt to get in touch with them is met with delays, if not complete silence. Important issues are left unresolved for weeks, leaving tenants in the dark. The management is both incompetent and unresponsive. They fail to address concerns in a timely manner and often seem indifferent to the problems faced by residents. I have lived at here since 2021. I have been through a few changes of office people and I can say that I am super happy to have the current team. I can already see the care being put in on top of things being run smoother. The maintenance guys are helpful and Ashley, Johnathan and Mj are compassionate and responsive. Happy to see some of the old team back too! Hoping my renewal comes up in my favor in March so I can see all the good things to come and be proud to call City Walk my home.
