Do not be fooled by the photos or positive reviews—most are outdated or fake. This property is in severe disrepair. The dog park is full of waste, the playground is filthy, the pool area is run down with broken chairs, and the trash bins are constantly overflowing. Gates are not secure; anyone can reach over and let themselves in. Buildings show visible decay everywhere. We moved in believing management’s assurances and online images that this would be a safe, healthy place for our family. Instead, we’ve experienced constant problems. Management (Kassi, Marina, and Nancy) is pleasant until you report issues, then they become hostile and dismissive. Maintenance requests go ignored until “habitability” is mentioned. Ok I changed my bad review because they took care of most of things i mentioned in the review. Now everything near building 10 is always dirty, we're paying $25 a month to keep things clean. The nasty neighbors that doesn't care keeping the place clean just throw their trash over the patio. It's like 12 people that live that apartment but no one can take out the trash. 2 stars and im not changing this time makes no sense. Update went up a star needed maintenance and he was here 1st thing next morning, I really like the speed in which he came. He's been illegally dumping his trash here and doesn't live here, best photo I could get

West Edge Apts. is an excellent place to live. The Apartment Manager Kassi is in my opinion the best apartment manager in Las Vegas. Kassi cares about all her tenants and tries to resolve all tenant problems quickly and amicably. The Assistant Manager Marina is also excellent and she is also tenant friendly. The office has another assistant Nancy who also gives excellent customer service to all tenants. Also, West Edge Apts. has an excellent maintenance crew. The maintenance crew does an excellent job in resolving all apt. issues in a prompt manner. I highly recommend West Edge Apts. to all.

My leasing agent made my process easy because being transparent and answering any and all of the questions I had. Marina understood the concerns that I had with my old apartment and offer solutions that made sure that I not only got the unit type that I was looking for but also that I wouldn’t have the same issues that I had experienced with my previous property management company. Each person that helped me was clear in their communication and made the experience positive which is not something you see often when moving in Las Vegas. Customer service was provided even after my move in date and that is a key testament to the team and possibly the manager. These places are absolutely horrible! Half of the maintenance people do not speak English at all. I hate to use a translator for them every time they came to the apartment. Things only got permanently fixed. I moved out of my apartment after doing a month to month agreement and they are trying to still bill me for an entire month after I left! I definitely DO NOT recommend these places. For the amount of money you pay here, you can pay for better space somewhere else. I do not recommend renting from here!
