Slum lord - refuses to take trash away - will wait to fix anything until code enforcement cites them ! Absolutely doesn’t care if residents suffer during cold months or hot ones !

The experience here with the current property manager has been absolutely awful. She normally in the office but has yet to take any business call. I've called on several occasions to reach management and I get no response, however if I happen to leave the complex she is standing outside with the young maintenance guy smoking. I also had a co-worker looking to inquire about an apartment and she blantly lied about the price of a one bedroom, "I quote", they are 850. She has no type of compassion about anyone safety in the complex and this is unacceptable. If this continues I will be forced to contact city. My bathroom floor is caving in, carpet has yet to be cleaned, after being here 7years I should have a complimentary cleaning, which last property manager was in the process of doing. Indie

The new staff in the office Kimberly doesn’t answer phones, it always go to the answering machine and you need to follow up for her to take action. I don’t know what she do but I often see her just standing outside of the office, smoking, talking on her cellphone. I miss Ms Indie Pope, she is the best. It was always good communicating through Ms. Indie, all our concerns are addressed quickly then than it is now with the new staff.

May 2018 Since I just moved in I will only be rating for Customer Service at this time...& will do a follow up once my lease is up. To begin, I got my paperwork (application & lease) handled pretty quickly. No issues with communication or not being able to reach Ms. Indy. Initially upon my arrival to the apartment I was NOT pleased. This was due to the condition the apartment was left in by the previous tenant. Maintenance did a terrible job with the turnover. I'm not sure if they were rushing or what but ew. I stated my concerns with Ms. Indy and she sincerely apologized because she expected the job to be completed properly. The next day she went took pictures and gathered her own conclusion that the apartment was not to standard. She then refunded me my fees and had me moved to a differ

Cons: Bad location, bugs, can never get hold of management unless you're lucky enough to catch her in the office, have to beg repeatedly for repairs that aren't done right when finally done, stray cats everywhere. Pros: Reasonable pricing, close to bus line and shopping, work with you when late ($40 late fee). Good first apartment or get on your feet place. Don't expect much.
