West Court Apartments

Me and my daughter lived here for almost 2 years. The first year was good no problem. But going into the second year some issues started coming about. Like mice You could hear them scratching inside of the wall and my daughter's bedroom 😡 we had to go out and buy our own traps to trap them. They told me they was going to send a exterminator to get rid of the problem never happen. So we had to move out. New company is slum landlords!!👎🏽 So if you don't have a problem with mice this is the place for you. I wouldn't recommend this company Evergreens to anyone.

I've lived here for almost three years. The apartments are very spacious. The apartments are in a great location. It's very quiet. I just would like more storage space and a washer and dryer in unit. Besides that it's a good place to live.

West court apartment is not a place I would recommend. The management is very rude and I believe the lady that works the first desk is bias. They should have trained her on customer service because she is very disrespectful when speaking to people in the phone. She makes all these noise gestures while your trying to talk to her. When you come to her with a problem and they you touch back to see what’s going she seems to forget what she said.She also covers up for the poor Maintance services. Nothing get fixed correctly they always try to patch or cover up the issues. If you go to upper management they don’t do anything either

Yes five star when I used to Maintenance the place don't know about it now old tenants complain to about worthless guy they got lol I feel sorry for them
