STAY FAR AWAY! This place is utterly disgusting. Trash and even broken glass is left all over the place, constantly. Trash pickup is inconsistent and will fine you for having more than two bags out. Things are maggot infested on move-in. The frats also set a car on fire in the parking lot and left it there for weeks. Lease anywhere else, the extra $100-200 is worth it. Edit after response: Management was talked to several times and maintenance never came. I would expect that trash, grime, glass, and everything else would be automatically picked and cleaned up as maintenance does its rounds. The responsibility should not fall on tenants who PAY MONEY to live in a hospitable environment. If management is so out of touch with what their property looks like then they aren't worth being paid $

I had a great tour experience at West 22. My tour guide, Jack Broxton, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He did a great job explaining the different floor plans, amenities, and leasing options, and made sure all of my questions were answered clearly. Jack really stood out because he was personable and honest, he didn't rush the tour and took the time to highlight what makes West 22 a great place to live, especially the community atmosphere and amenities. He made the entire experience smooth and stress-free, and I left the tour feeling confident and excited about the property. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and Jack Broxton represented West 22 exceptionally well.

I’ve been really impressed with how well this apartment community is run, and a big part of that is the account manager (Tacobyus). He’s always approachable, kind, and genuinely helpful whenever residents have questions or need assistance. You can tell he really cares about making sure things run smoothly and that people feel comfortable here. This place is lucky to have someone like him on the team. 10/10 employee.

Absolutely horrendous place to live. Only still there because I can’t get my lease covered. Everything is ridiculously and intentionally installed cheaply in order to fine residents once they inevitably break. Our washer leaking so hard that water is dripping onto our 1st floor, even maintence requests put a bandaid on the root issues and never show that they care to take care of their residents. Do not live here, it is worth maybe a third of the rent they charge

Don’t stay here, and here’s a detailed reason why: I lived at West 22 for the full leasing period in the 1700 building, which is located all the way in the back of the complex. While I was initially excited to live here, I ultimately decided not to renew my lease due to a number of ongoing issues, most notably, the so-called “Valet Trash Service.” One of my biggest frustrations was how this service was falsely advertised. At the beginning of the lease, trash was picked up fairly consistently and on time. But as the year went on, the service declined significantly. Imagine this: it's a hot summer day, you leave your properly bagged trash in the designated spot following all the guidelines, then go out of town for a few days. You return nearly a week later, and your trash is still sitting th
