extremely rude, Carol I believe was the operator . we waited 25 minutes for the sales person , the office was closed . she told us to asked the security guard to let us in. the security guard wouldn't do it. we went to possible purchase 2 homes . now forget it. your operator should be nice and friendly not nasty from Alabama.

It is excellent community the quality of the home first class and sales rep Frances the best very knowledgeable and she explained everything to my clients

Go in and ask for Cindy ! She was definitely a big factor of why we chose DW homes. Cindy not only is amazing with communication, customer service , but she is an amazing resource ! She’s also a new friend that i definitely keep in contact with! Like we told you Cindy, you defiantly apart of the Campos Ohana! Literally you were the best ! We appreciate you soooooo much!

Go in and ask for Kristi, then thank me later. Everyone at this location is great but Kristi is my favorite rep I've ever worked with out of ANY builder ANYWHERE! She is the holy grail. Her standard for excellence and customer care is above and beyond. She's just so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful on every transaction, with every question, with every floor plan, with any type of client, etc. Nothing stumps her. If only all builder reps were like her!

1) Not a place if you need to travel towards Orlando. Traffic is a nightmare. 2) Quality of construction is below average whatever builder you opt with. 3) Termed as nature hood but nothing really sets this community apart. 4) Pricing is as high as other Lake Nona area - which is really stupid with no amenities except a below par pool.
