We had some maintenance issues in our unit as we just moved in 4 days ago. I was greeted by a very cordial and respectful gentleman named Andres. He resolved the issues at hand very promptly and explained what the issues were. I have to also note he was not messy and well organized in doing his work. He respected our space and cleaned up well. Kudos Andres for a job well done! You are truly appreciated!

I met Stephany Medina at this complex while searching for my apartment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She is truly a gem professional, attentive, and extremely detail-oriented. I am a current resident and want to recognize Muhammad, of the Wesley St James maintenance team. He has been prompt, solved the issue every time, and answered all my questions. Recently, I needed after hours help (9pm on a week night). I was locked out. It wasn’t a maintenance issue - it was my fault due to forgetting keys. Muhammad went above and beyond to help me get back in. We even needed a ladder to go through my balcony. I’ve never had such support after hours in all my years of renting. Thank you Muhammad.

Honestly really sad to be leaving because this has been the best complex I’ve ever lived at! The apartments are older, but most of them are renovated, very spacious and if you get one on the third floor, they have wood-burning fireplaces! It’s gated, the neighbors are quiet, there are a lot of kids and families but I honestly prefer that over people in their 20s who are loud / have parties. Management is also amazing, I personally worked with Nina, she can answer all of your questions and lives at the complex so she’s close by! I’ve never had an issue that has gone unresolved for more than 24 hours **On move in day, my apartment was consumed with the stench of cigarette smoke even though it had been fully renovated and was not disclosed that it was a smoking unit.
