I was a resident at Wesley Apartments for 11 years, starting when I was a college student at NC State. I lived in two units, one for 4 years, one for 7. Overall, I enjoyed living there. The rent was decent for the location. The staff were pleasant, and maintenance always took care of my needs and were prompt. It was easy to get packages via the parcel lockers, and I really appreciated that they had garage rentals, which not every apartment has. Plus I really liked the grounds and overall ambiance of the place. There were always events going on the past few years I was there. The willow oaks are really pretty, and I loved the look of the woods that surrounded the place. Our unit backed up to the woods near the power substation and the views our of it were really nice! Now, with woods in

I had the chance to visit Wesley Apartments last week, and it was such a beautiful experience! The community is clean, well-maintained, and full of trees and easy to walk around. Residents were out walking and biking—it felt so welcoming and lively. I got to meet the leasing consultant, community manager, and regional manager, who were all super friendly and passionate about the community. The renovated model apartments are gorgeous, with lots of natural light and open floor plans. The community also has a fantastic team hosting monthly events through Apartment Life, plus resident interest groups like walking clubs. If you’re looking for a friendly, well-run community near Raleigh-Cary with easy access to highways, this is a great place to consider!

I’m giving them 2 stars out of generosity. I lived here for 2 years. The apartment itself was great no issues at all and the maintenance staff was always friendly and helpful. The real problem is the office staff. The previous team was great, but the two new women working there now are absolutely terrible. They don’t seem to know what’s going on, and they come across as rude and disrespectful. For the price you pay here, it’s just not worth it anymore. You can move right across the street and pay half the price for an apartment that’s just as nice.

*UPDATED REVIEW* We moved to Legends Cary Towne in 2020. It was quiet, peaceful, and we loved it. When the complex transitioned to Wesley, everything changed - and not for the better. For context, we lived in this complex for five years total. The apartments were suddenly marketed as “luxury,” laughable given the condition of ours. Units were remodeled only as people moved out, meaning constant construction noise for a year. Working from home became awful, but my cat’s anxiety from the nonstop noise made it 1,000 times worse. To top it off, the office "couldn't" tell residents when workers would be at specific buildings, so we were regularly startled by men working right outside our windows. Delightful. Right before Thanksgiving, we were told the construction crew would be painting our

This apartment complex does not work to well with their tenants when it comes to showing compassion during a simple hardship that everyone in life experiences especially in the economy we live in today I lost my job in the middle of my lease agreement i reported it to the property manager immediately... I found another job a month later and also reported that to the property manager immediately with offer letter all I ask is if they could work with me a little bit more or can I set up a payment plan this was my first apartment in my name and I wanted to avoid a first time eviction on my report they do not show compassion to their tenants during hard times or holidays they also have a mold problem inside toilets and big water bugs appear out of nowhere you can hear them drop by law it's up
