Huge shoutout to Mack from maintenance! He came out and replaced our kitchen faucet and was extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve run into him a couple times in the parking lot as well, and he’s always approachable and willing to help. It’s great to know we have someone so reliable and kind on the maintenance staff.

If he’ll was a place you found it at the Wesbury Park Apartments! DOES NOT DESERVE ONE STAR AT LEAST! Trash is always over flowing, raccoons as big as a medium size dog roaming around and will come all the way up to the third floor. They also have big rats in the complex that I’ve seen going into the drainage pipes. utility bills in winter are over $350 and management says that’s too darn bad, snow removal is terrible. You pay a maintenance fee and they can’t even shovel in between cars or even the steps/landings/sidewalks. Salt that will hurt your dogs feet and management tells you they won’t change the salt. Mold that grows outside the shower. My apartment when I first moved in never was cleaned, I had to clean it! Management will take forever to get back and they go through people like

I had a dryer issue and I was not able to dry my clothes for a while but Mack And DJ and another guy came out as soon as I called and they fixed it immediately and all is good. Great work by the maintenance team. Mack was a huge help and very professional and kind.

We used to love living here. The spacious apartments, location, and pet friendly environment were enticing at the beginning. The maintenance team is also top tier and we appreciate them. Lately it has been a complete nightmare. Management implemented a valet trash service with no enforcement of the rules, so the community has been very dangerous and infested with raccoons. Regardless of complaints to management to implement citations to violators to ensure a safe environment and redirect behavior, it has gotten worse. I fear coming home after my night shifts because I know that the likelihood there will be raccoons waiting for me is high. The management is rude when you go in to ask them questions. They say they take care of snow, but the parking lot is so dangerous for drivers, other tenants, and other vehicles. They don’t provide a managers number or email for you to reach out directly.
