Werentsd’s lack of diligence in adjusting the rent to market rate and their failure to secure an annual lease cost me thousands of dollars. As a result, the tenant was able to remain in the property for several months without proper lease enforcement, and I ultimately had to obtain a court order to have him removed. This situation could have been avoided with basic professional oversight and proactive property management. I would not recommend this company to property owners who expect accountability, timely lease management, and protection of their financial interests.
